What You Need To Know Before Online Yoga Class

I want everything to go smoothly for your online yoga class. Here is the important information you need to know before connecting to your online yoga class.

Online Yoga Class Levels

Beginner and Intermediate level yogis welcome.

Online Class Duration Reminder

Online Yoga class will start promptly and will be for 1 hour.

Health Declaration Form

You only need to submit your Health Declaration the first time you connect to your Online yoga class unless your medical health conditions, new or existing history of injuries changes.

It is your responsibility to update the Instructor with a new Health Declaration form prior to booking your yoga class.

B. Yoga by Bridget Bradley online yoga classes are connected via Zoom.

Online Yoga Class Preparation

Allow yourself time to set up your yoga mat, yoga blocks if you have them and a bottle of water. Ensure you are in a quiet space and background noise may cuase problems.

How To Connect To Your Online Yoga Class

You must have a Zoom account. Open your Zoom account before you connect to the meeting.

To connect to Bridget’s online yoga class, find the meeting link you were sent by email.

Click on the meeting link and it will take you to the Zoom meeting for your class.

Note you will only receive a Zoom meeting url for the yoga class if you have booked and paid.

Connect to Zoom no later than 5-10 minutes prior to yoga class start time.

If you try to connect after class starts, you will not be connected.

About Refunds

There are no refunds given for change of mind, cancellations outside the cancellation periods, late connections or no shows.

During Online Yoga Class

Only registered, approved attendees 18 Years of age or over are permitted access to the online yoga classes.

Remember, it is your responsibility to monitor your body’s level of ability at all times during yoga class.

If you experience and strain or discomfort during a pose, you may stop at any time during yoga class. Come out of the pose  with care moving slowly. Do not hurry.
